Terms of Use

You are entering into an agreement with RS Digital Studio LLC. By signing up or continuing to use Still, you accept these terms. If you are using Still on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You need an account to sync across devices. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.

Everything you write in Still belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. We store and display it so the planner works, and for nothing else. You can export or delete it at any time.

Don't use Still to break the law, to store other people's data without their say-so, or to attack, scrape or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Still has a free tier and a paid tier. Paid plans renew for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices can change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, refunds and buyer support for paid purchases. Payment, billing, subscription, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Still is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or data loss. Keep your own export if a copy matters to you.

You can delete your account whenever you want, from inside the app. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.
