Privacy Policy

RS Digital Studio LLC is the data controller for the personal data collected through Still. We decide what data is needed to run the service and how it is used.

• Your account: the email address you sign up with, and — if you use Google sign-in — the name and profile image Google shares with us.
• Your planner: everything you type into Still — tasks, schedule, goals, habits, notes, moods, words of the week and your customisation settings.
• Your plan: which tier your account is on and whether it is active.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, and app interactions, used for security and reliability.

We do not ask for a payment card directly; if paid plans are used, card details are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, and never reach our servers.

To sync your planner between your devices, to sign you in, to send the weekly emails you opted into, to keep the service secure, and to know which features your plan includes. That is the whole list.

We process your data based on the contract we enter into when you create an account, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable, and — for marketing emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, email delivery and customer support tools that process data only on our instructions.
• Paddle: our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, subscriptions, tax, invoicing and refunds on our behalf.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting professionals when required.
• Authorities: when we are legally required to disclose data.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your planner content with advertisers. We do not read your notes to train models. There is no third-party advertising or tracking pixel in Still.

Your planner is stored in a managed Postgres database and protected by row-level rules so that only your signed-in account can read or write it. If you use Still without an account, your planner stays in your browser's local storage and never reaches us at all.

We keep your account and planner data for as long as you have a Still account. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer for legal or tax reasons.

Weekly nudges are opt-in and off by default. You can turn them off at any time in Customize → Weekly emails, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Account emails — sign-up confirmation, password reset — are sent regardless, because they are needed to operate your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to how we use it. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@stillplanner.com. We will respond within one month.

• Export everything as JSON or CSV from Customize → Your data.
• Delete your account and all planner data from Customize → Your data.
• Turn weekly emails on or off whenever you like.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Export first if you want to keep a copy. Backups may retain a copy for a short period before rotating out.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is perfect, so keep your account credentials safe and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Still uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Still is not intended for children under 13.
